3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Prices are listed in applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

  • RUHE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the UAE and selected international locations.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.

  • RUHE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we follow a strict hygiene policy:

  • No returns or exchanges once the product is opened or used.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with unboxing photos/videos.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
